What Customers Say About swissgold® TF 300 Tea Filter:

I would recommend this tea filter to anyone looking for one with very small holes. It's easy to clean and the perfect size for a single cup of tea. Makes it perfect for Twinings loose leaf teas and any other brand with small pieces. So far, I haven't had any problems with tea dust or loose pieces floating in my tea. I use mugs that hold anywhere from 10 to 16 ounces and this filter fits great in them all. It's more than some others out there, but I am glad I spent the extra and am excited to keep using it.

I bought this to use as a strainer in making soy milk. But because the strainer is so small, you can only put small amounts in at a time, making it very time consuming. So I won't use it for that. But I'm sure it will be great for make tea.

The discriptions on the items helped me to decide between the two. I really wanted to like the Tovolo one since it was so cute, colorful and cheap but decided to get the swiss gold too to be safe. I had bought the nylon infuser years ago from a kitchen shop where I also purchased loose herbal tea blends. The top is only a little over 3 1/2 inches wide.

Very little sediment came through. I purchased this along with the green Tovolo In-Mug Tea Infuser when I misplaced my old nylon cup infuser. Those reviewers who downgraded this one as being too small must be using large coffee or cocoa mugs. I really like the lid to help infuse the tea better and to use as a tray for the infuser afterwards. This was the only useful one.

This is for a tea mug. Enjoy. This infuser works even better than the nylon. The bottom is narrower. It is great for about 12 ounces of tea or less.

If the top of the cup is larger than 3 inches you might want to get the TF 500. It is about 2 1/2 inches from the bottom to the bottom of the plastic top, 3 1/2 total. It is very pleasant to use.

No more fines. Excellent quality. The perfect complement for my French Press. Small and portable, yet very effective. Vendor has order response and ship time.

I've had the filter for about 6 months now, and it looks and performs as good as the day I first used it.The lid that doubles as a drip tray is a brilliant design feature. I'm VERY happy with this filter, which gets used 4-5 times a day. It's great to enjoy my favorite tea (Barry's Gold) in loose form instead of bags, which provides a much more complex taste.I've used this in several different cups of varying shapes and sizes without difficulty. No drips from counter to sink.I normally just dump the used tea out and rinse the remainder out with water. Pretty easy to clean with a soapy cloth, which I only need to do about once a week. Thanks swissgold.
